he's cooking up called Mumbo Gumbo.
Beltran, chef of Eatery, will be prepraing potloads
of his famous Louisiana gumbo
and bucket upon bucket of his mouth-watering,
finger-slinging seasoned shrimp.
While you pull at the shells, you will be tapping your toes
and shaking your legs to the sounds
of three outstanding bands shredding out classic Americana styles of folk, jazz and blues music.
